Lease a Bike cycles for charity and supports De Fietsschool - Cycling School
During the Bike To Work Days from 12 to 16 May 2025, Lease a Bike will donate €0.23 per commuting kilometre cycled to De Fietsschool. With this support, more people in mobility poverty can learn to cycle and thus participate more independently in society.
From 12 to 16 May 2025, Lease a Bike is once again organising the Bike To Work Days. During this action week, employees of all kinds of companies and organisations raise money for De Fietsschool - Cycling School by Mobiel 21. The principle is simple: for every kilometre employees cycle to work, Lease a Bike will donate €0.23 to De Fietsschool.
The proceeds go entirely to cycling courses for people in mobility poverty. This allows us to continue investing in teaching bicycles, testing equipment, safety equipment and guidance at dozens of locations in Flanders.
How does it work?
Anyone working for a company or organisation affiliated with Lease a Bike can participate, even without a leased bike. Just register your kilometres with your contract ID or company ID via the Lease a Bike platform. You can participate for one day or all five. Every kilometre counts!
