What & why we process data
When you use the Website and/or Services, we process personal data relating to you. Such personal data may include:
When using the Website: functional and technical cookies used for analytics in Google Analytics
When registering for a cycling lesson series: name, address, e-mail, phone, gender, date of birth, country of origin, preferred course time, UiTPas number, cycling experience. This data is collected to provide you with an appropriate offer and to improve our services.
When registering for a cycling class series by a tour leader: tour leader's name, email, tephone. We use this data to keep the tour leader informed.
In principle, we obtain the personal data mentioned above directly from you. In addition to the above purposes, we may also process your personal data:
(a) To provide you with the information on products and services you request in a personalised and efficient manner, either via the Website, e-mail, telephone or social media channels.
b) To process your personal data so that we can provide the Services.
c) For direct marketing purposes, i.e. to provide you with targeted communications, promotions, offers and other advertisements from us or our selected partners. For this, we will seek your prior consent.

Access to our Knowledge Base is intended exclusively for use within the context of the activities and agreements set out in the agreement between the user and De Fietsschool / Mobiel 21. All information, documents and other content made available through the knowledge base are intended exclusively for internal use by authorised users. It is strictly prohibited to copy, share, distribute or use these materials in whole or in part for purposes other than the agreed cooperation.
