How much does learning to ride a bike cost?
De Fietsschool's cycling lessons are not expensive. Thanks to support from cities and municipalities, we keep the price as low as possible. Are you entitled to chance rates? Then you pay even less. And De Fietsschool can also help you find a bike.
The price of cycling lessons depends on where you live
In some municipalities, classes are free for people living in that municipality. Other municipalities charge between €5 and €40. So how much cycling lessons cost depends on where you live.
Chance rate
For low-income people, the price of cycling lessons is usually even lower. Are you entitled to an UiTPAS with chance allowance? Are you entitled to an increased allowance? If so, be sure to ask about discounts on the price of cycling lessons. Click here to learn more about the UiTPAS.
Your own bike
To learn to ride a bike, you obviously need a bicycle. In some municipalities, you can use a bike provided by the municipality free of charge during lessons. In other municipalities, you have to bring your own bike to class. This is always clearly stated on De Fietsschool's website.
