Cycling lessons for adults
The cycling lessons are very low-threshold and accessible, both for foreign-language newcomers who want to learn how to ride a bike, for example, and older people who would like to feel a little firmer on the pedals again.
Led by an enthusiastic team of volunteers, participants learn to cycle step by step, starting with manoeuvres in the car park to fun bike rides on the street with all participants!

Location:
Meeting at OCMW Heist-op-den-Berg (stationsstraat 4, 2220 Heist-op-den-Berg). There is a bus stop across the street.
Price:
The lesson series is free of charge.
Dates:
14 lessons on Monday and Thursday mornings from 1.30pm to 3pm. You can start on March 24 or in September. Lessons do not take place during school holidays and public holidays.
Practical:
You can use a bicycle, helmet and fluorescent jacket provided by De Fietsschool.
