Cycling is healthy, fun and practical. A cyclist moves freely and independently, reduces the number of cars on the road and gets smoothly to work, school or leisure. Yet cycling does not come naturally to everyone. Fortunately: everyone can learn it. And you play an important role in that.
What do you do as an independent cycling instructor?
You will give hands-on cycling lessons to all our target groups: children, adults, students, OKAN apprentices and employees.
You guide participants from their first balancing exercises to their first ride on the street. You coach, motivate and help people move forward, literally and figuratively.
Your profile
- You have experience in teaching, coaching or guiding groups.
- You have experience in guiding at-risk groups and/or people with disabilities
- You are an enthusiastic motivator with patience and perseverance.
- You can challenge people while removing their barriers and fears.
- You communicate clearly and adapt your language to the target group.
- You take initiative and work independently.
- You like to cycle and believe in the power of cycling as a means of freedom and independence.
